Before I got into the roofing business, I used to teach customer service. Some companies hire roofers; I hire good honest people and train them to be quality roofers. That way the work gets done right and we take care of our customers. Our people are highly competent, honest and ethical, the kind of people I would want working on my own house. We are not trying to do the most roofs in town. We are trying to have the happiest customers and highest quality in town. Our name is on the line with every roof we do, so we do them right.
